Roasted Brussel Sprouts
INGREDIENTS:
1 Pound Brussel Sprouts
1.5 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1-2 tsp Salt + Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 425 Degrees F
Thoroughly wash your Brussel Sprouts then trim the ends and cut them in half
Scatter Brussel Sprouts on a baking sheet and evenly coat with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. Use more/less depending on the size/amount of your Brussel Sprouts
Add your seasonings and toss with your hands to distribute evenly
Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, depending on how crispy you would like your Brussel Sprouts. Check occasionally to toss
