Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Fall in love with this Brussel Sprout recipe to have a treat that is equally addictive as it is healthy.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Pound Brussel Sprouts

  • 1.5 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1-2 tsp Salt + Pepper

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 Degrees F

  2. Thoroughly wash your Brussel Sprouts then trim the ends and cut them in half

  3. Scatter Brussel Sprouts on a baking sheet and evenly coat with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. Use more/less depending on the size/amount of your Brussel Sprouts

  4. Add your seasonings and toss with your hands to distribute evenly

  5. Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, depending on how crispy you would like your Brussel Sprouts. Check occasionally to toss

  6. Enjoy!
