Hello, We are Jessica and Leah, two sisters from Long Island, New York. In 2013 we started the Pescatarian diet and two years later we started ‘Pescatarian Food’.We chose this diet for both health and ethical reasons and do not regret it one bit. Since cooking and health are both a huge passion of ours we started Pescatarian Food to share our journey, stories and recipes with you all.


Jessica

is an NYU alumni and is currently working as a Mental Health Counselor. She is the better chef of the family and never turns down a Happy Hour.

Leah

is a Syracuse University Alumni and is currently working as an Art Director. She is the better baker in the family and is always down for a new adventure.
